The Timeline
How we’ll work together for your intensive.
01. VIP Questionnaire
When you book, you’ll receive and complete your client questionnaire. From there, we’ll send you a welcome email with your day timeline, ask for any clarification and start initial research into your brands and social media needs. We’ll also be setting up all the back-end project management to make your day happen.
02. Kickoff Call
Our VIP days start at 9 am CST with a quick 30-minute kick off call. We’ll meet on Zoom to confirm your deliverables, ask any follow-up questions and remind you of the day’s timeline.
03. Mid-Day Check-In
After spending a few hours completing your deliverables, we’ll connect midday for a quick 30-minute Zoom call to review what we’ve created so far, hear your feedback and answer any questions.
04. Wrap Up
After completing our deliverables, we’ll hop on one last 30-minute call to go over what we accomplished, hear your initial feedback and talk next steps. Happy hour cheers are usually in order :)

Choose an available date, pay the initial 50% deposit, and complete your client questionnaire.

After our wrap-up call, we’ll discuss everything we accomplished and toast to a good day’s work.

Don’t worry! If we haven’t completed all the deliverables we agreed upon, we’ll carry over those tasks into the next day. We always prefer quality over quantity, so realistically some tasks may take a little more time.

An instensive day is a great option for you if you want high-value social media deliverables and guidance at a lower cost. You can also instantly book day and we only run discounts on VIP days, never for full service management.
